Ruth L. Orenstein, Psy.D., President
Ruth consults, teaches, researches, and writes in the area of executive development, specializing in executive coaching at the individual and group levels. She is President of Princeton Consulting Resources, Inc. (PCRI), President of the Graduate School Alliance for Executive Coaching (GSAEC), and a member of the affiliated faculty at the University of Pennsylvania. Ruth has extensive consulting experience in both corporate and non-profit organizations and has provided executive coaching to hundreds of senior leaders. She has held senior line management positions in Fortune 100 corporations and, prior to founding PCRI, was a senior vice president at the Chemical Banking Corporation, with overall responsibility for the retail branch system in the state of New Jersey. She has taught at the graduate and undergraduate levels at Rutgers University, the New School for Social Research, Adelphi University and at the Aresty Institute of Executive Education at the Wharton School. Ruth is a Phi Beta Kappa graduate of Queens College (City University of New York) with a B.A. in English Literature and holds an M.S. in Management from the University of Utah and a Psy.D. in Organizational Psychology from Rutgers University.

Victoria R. Lincoln, Executive Vice President
Vicki is a partner in PCRI. She consults, develops and delivers programs for individuals and groups focusing on executive development. Vicki has worked with a multitude of senior leaders and leadership groups across a wide-range of industries. Prior to the establishment of PCRI, Vicki was a Senior Vice President & Division Head for the Chemical Banking Corporation, responsible for the Consumer Services and Branch Operations functions. In this capacity, she held P&L responsibility for the Division and was responsible for the creation of various innovative sales and service programs through traditional and alternate delivery channels. She has held various line management positions and has extensive experience in the financial, teleservices and hospitality industries. A Cum Laude graduate of Pace University, Vicki has held several industry board positions and has been a guest lecturer and speaker at many domestic and international conferences.

Michele R. Ballet, Psy.D.
Michele specializes in organizational development, family business consultation and executive coaching, working with closely held businesses in addition to large multinational corporations and non-profits. She has extensive experience working with individuals, families, groups and organizations. Michele has taught at the undergraduate and graduate levels as a faculty member of the Executive Development Program at the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania as well as the Graduate School of Applied and Professional Psychology at Rutgers University and has served as the Associate Director of the Rutgers Family Business Forum. Michele has a Psy.D. in organizational psychology from Rutgers University and an M.S.W. from Columbia University. Prior to joining PCRI, Michele started and managed a family-owned health care business.

Amanda Rose, Psy.D.
Amanda has provided consultation to organizations in leadership development; executive assessment; training design and delivery; executive coaching; presentation skills and career counseling. Amanda is a staff member of the Wharton School's Executive Development Program and on the coaching staff of the Leadership Development and Coaching Program. She has been a contracted speaker with the American Management Association, a leadership development consultant with Bristol-Myers Squibb Pharmaceutical Institute, and the Executive Director of Stanford Coaching Inc. Amanda has a B.A. in English from Cornell University, an M.A. in Organizational Psychology from Columbia University and a doctorate in Organizational Psychology from Rutgers University.

Andrew F. Simon, Ph.D.,Psy.D.
Andrew focuses on leadership, decision making, groups, stereotypes, and on-line communication. He is a Senior Associate with PCRI and an Associate Professor at Seton Hall University, South Orange, NJ. He has consulted to businesses, the U.S. government, schools and NGOs. He has also worked as a staff member in executive education programs at the Wharton School of Business. His publications include book chapters and peer-reviewed journal articles and he has presented his work at numerous psychology and business conferences Andrew has a Ph.D. in social psychology and a Psy.D in organizational psychology, both from Rutgers University.
